In North America, the Sprinter is sold both under the<br \/>\nMercedes-Benz brand and as a Freightliner. At times it was also offered under the Dodge brand.<\/p>\n<p>The type designation W 901 describes the first series from 1995 to 1997.<\/p>\n<p>From 1998 the vehicles were given the type designations W 902 to W 905, depending on the permissible total mass of the respective vehicle.<\/p>\n<p>T1N 1995-2006 (W 901-905) 1st generation<\/p>\n<p>NCV 3 (New Concept Van) is the internal name for the second generation of the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter,<br \/>\nwhich has been on the market since April 2006.
