Description
The Mercedes-Benz 209 series was the successor to the Mercedes-Benz 208 series discontinued in June 2002 and belongs to the CLK class. The CLK was produced as a Coupé (C 209) at the Daimler plant in Bremen and as a Cabriolet (A 209) at Karmann in Osnabrück.
Technically, this CLK is based on the platform of the C-Class (203 series).
W 209 is not an official name of Mercedes-Benz, but is used as a collective term for the variants C 209 and A 209 of this series.
Around 360,000 models have been delivered since its market launch in summer 2002.
The CLK Coupé was replaced in May 2009 by the Coupé C 207 based on the following C-Class.
The successor to the convertible was introduced at the end of March 2010.
New conversion kit P.SABOS.24N.RSMLSTD
Sometimes, for different reasons, the headlight range control should not be controlled via the original vacuum vacuum box but electrically. This repair kit is intended for this. Since the attachment of the vacuum sockets is very special here, I have developed a suitable adapter to include an electr. To be able to attach the servomotor.
This conversion kit fits wherever the vacuum box shown is used and it is installed instead of the vacuum box. Of course, the wiring must also be laid here and a suitable switch must be installed in the interior. All of this is included in the scope of delivery so that you receive everything you need for the conversion.Ready-made electrical LWR conversion kitas a replacement for the original vacuum control, consisting of:

- Adapter for mounting the LWR motors instead of the vacuum box
- 1 rectangular thumbwheel switch for the interior
- very detailed illustrated installation instructions

- 1 cable set (new and suitably assembled)
