After more than twenty years, Fiat built another “500” from 1992 to 1998: In addition to the name, the Cinquecento had little in common with its legendary predecessor. Its engines with 0.7, 0.9 and 1.1 liter displacement and a more modern design shaped a car with an independent image. The trunk of the smallest Fiat holds 170 liters, with the rear seat folded down, the storage space can be increased to 810 liters. The successor was the Seicento (600), which is technically based on its predecessor Cinquecento.
