Land Rover Wolf 4×4 Military Vehicle
One vehicle synonymous with the military operations around the world
is the Land Rover Series II and III and Defender (90 SWB or 110 LWB).
The Land Rover (from 1990 Land Rover Defender) is an off-road vehicle from
the British automobile manufacturer Land Rover. More than two million vehicles
were produced between 1948 and 2016.
The off-road vehicle is one of the classics in automotive history.
With the exception of two models, Land Rover had developed all vehicles for the civilian market.
Only the Military Land Rover and the Model 101 were developments for the military market.
The British Ministry of Defense (MOD) and armies of other countries already use the Land Rover
from Series II onwards. Series IV (Ninety, OneTen, Defender) is used in many variants.
Such as: TUL (Truck Utility light) (90) and TUM (Truck Utility Medium) (110, 130).

Since 1996, under the name Wolf (English pronunciation! not to be confused with the Wolf of the Bundeswehr)
the military variants of the Defender (Land Rover designation: Defender XD Extra Duty) were used.
These are particularly revised variants of the Defender TDi.
At least 27 equipment variants from different contracts are known.
Land Rover is now owned by Tata Motors of India, who bought both Land Rover and
Jaguar from Ford in 2008.
What effect this will have on military supply contracts for new vehicles,
or replacement parts, is not known.
Land Rovers are manufactured at the Solihull plant, near Birmingham in the UK.
The replacement motors offered here do not correspond to the original servomotors, the manufacturer is Hella. Since the electronics are structured slightly differently, you should definitely replace both motors.
Replacing just one motor can work, but there is a risk that one motor will have a larger control range than the other!
